My role
Product owner, designer and builder across web, native clients and the connected project model.
Key decision
Typed links connect notes, requirements and tasks, with permanent project records kept separate from temporary working context.
Evidence

Good work needs a memory.

The starting point

A task list loses the reasoning around the work. Decisions, requirements, implementation and evidence need to stay connected as a project changes.

What I built

Ambitious projects rarely fail for lack of another note. They become difficult when the reason for a decision is separated from the work it shaped. Continuum connects a project’s context with its execution: notes, requirements, cards, files and the relationships between them.

A decision can lead to a requirement; a requirement can lead to a piece of work; that work can carry the evidence of what happened. Keeping those connections navigable gives people and AI a way to continue a project without repeatedly reconstructing its history.

The product spans web and native clients, with explicit attention to shared edits, ownership and current state. Its depth comes from using the same connected workspace across very different kinds of work: software, physical objects, learning tools and releases.

How it connects

Keep the reasoning connected.

Work is easier to trust when the promise, the implementation and the evidence can be followed together.

  1. 01

    Requirements

State the expected behaviour and the criteria for accepting it.

  2. 02

    Work & Knowledge

Connect tasks to the decisions, notes and evidence they depend on.

  3. 03

    Deployment record

Record the intended release, fresh observations and a recovery candidate.

The diagram describes the product model. Recording a deployment does not execute it or establish fresh health.
