The starting point
A reference library is least useful if it needs a connection when the connection is unavailable. Search and storage need to travel with the material.
What I built
The project explores an offline reference library with local full-text search and portable data. The current backend provides a search and storage baseline; the broader regional library and device experience remain development work.
